(2) A plaintiff or his solicitor must, on presenting a summons for sealing, leave with the registrar, the
original and a copy together with as many copies thereof as there are defendants to be served.
When presenting the summons for filing, you will be given a copy or copies( depending on the number of defendants). Dont wait around at the counter for the original or ask questions like " Can I have the original?" . They will know that you just graduated from some dumb law school.The original will be the Courts file.
