Can be arrested without a warrant.This is a bailable offence.Not compoundable. ( not a traffic offence where you can pay a small fine and walk off)
The Sentence=Imprisonment for 10 years, or fine or whipping , or any two of such punishments.
Criminal force includes touching her clothes even though you don't touch her body. ( Case of Donnelly v Jackson All ER). Raising your voice like an animal against a women with intent to intimidate her also comes within this definition.All men who are used to this macho crap- times have changed. Remember the sentence will inevitably include whipping.( There are many Criminal Court Judges - all stern looking women.) Don't ask for it.
