REPRESENTATION IN COURT

S3  Legal Practitioners
(1) Any party seeking, under the provisions of S27 of the Act, the permission of the President to be
     represented before the Court by a legal practitioner shall make application in triplicate in Part 1 of
     Form A.
An employee who has ben thrown out can be represented by a lawyer in Court.  The first step is to fill out Form A applying  to the  Court for permission to  be represented by a lawyer.
