Representations on Dismissals
20(1) Where a workman .....has been dismissed ........he may make representations in writing to the
Director General....
If a person is booted out of his employment, the correct procedure is to file a complaint within 60 days. Important Note: The complaint is filed at the Industrial Tribunal and not making a report at the Police Station.
