Statement of Information or Belief
An Affidavit containing the statemnt or information or belief must also state the sources and grounds of the  information or belief. An Affidavit which did not refer to the sources and grounds would be deemed irregular and inadmissible in evidence. Young v JL Manufacturing Co. Ltd [1900] 2Ch 753
