S41 EPF ACT 1991

S41. DUTY OF EMPLOYER TO REGISTER WITH THE BOARD

(1) Every employer shall, unless he is already registered with the Board, before the end of the first week
      in the first month in which he is paying wages in respect of which he is required to pay contributions
      under this Act, register with the Board in the manner as may be prescribed by the Board.

Employers  are required  to register withthe EPF Board within the 1st week of employing employees. This is done by filling in Form EPF 1 with some details regarding the Company and its employees. The Forms can be obtained from the  EPF office in Jalan Gasing Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.For those outside the city, you can  find it on the computer by keying in " EPF Malaysia"

 Good Luck to you. One final note, though- failure to observe the above law can land the employer in prison for three years.  S41(2) EPF Act 1991
