S92 EA 1950 [ ACT 56]
EXCLUSION OF EVIDENCE AGAINST APPLICATION OF DOCUMENT TO EXISTING FACTS
When language used in a document is plain in itself and when it applies accurately to existing facts, evidence may not be given to show that it was not meant to apply to such facts.
Examples:- When the document states plainly that " I sell my house at Ipoh- evidence may not be given by any relative saying that he actually referred to another house which he had at Tanjung Rambutan.
