Facts : On Dec. 13 2003 a partially burnt corpse of an adult male was found at the edge of the road in Lipat Kajang. Accused arrested and charged.
In the course of cross examination, the accused began to give details pertaining to the incident on the afternoon of 12 December 2003.
Held. On the totality of the evidence, it was established that the accused intended to kill the victim.
