FACTS: The 2 accused went out and consumed MANY bottles of  beer and stout. Peddlar tried to sell CD.Stout drinkers declined. CD seller abused them verbally.One accused whacked him over the head with a plastic chair -second accused smashed a flower pot over the deceased head. Deceased gave up the ghost.The 2 arrested and charged.Both pleaded guilty.
Held: Convicting both the first and second accused and sentencing them to nine years and six years respectively.
