HLB Nominees ( Tempatan) Sdn. Bhd v SJA Bhd. Anor

COURT OF APPEAL - PUTRAJAYA- Mokhtar Sidin JCA

Once a court of unlimited jurisdiction makes a ruling, substantive or procedural, final or interlocutory, it must be adhered to and may not be reopend unless that order is clearly illegal, null or void.

( The earlier order could only be reversed   by way of an appeal to a higher court and not by way of an application to the same court because there was nothing illegal in respect of it.
