What is the law relating to single people who never married but die without wife,husband, children and worse of all - with no will? This is a common problem with people who die in tragic accidents, sudden deaths and suicides.Will the Goverment take the property?
If an intestate dies  leaving a spouse and no issue but a parent or parents, the surviving parent or parents shall be entitled to the whole of the estate.In simple language, the Goverment does not take the property, it goes to the parents.
