SECTION 510 PENAL CODE

S.510   Appearing in a public place, while in a state of intoxication, and causing annoyance to any 
            person.

 Can be arrested without a warrant. But it is bailable offence. The penalty  is imprisonment for 10 days, or fine or twenty ringgit, or both.

 Remember , when you are drunk - go home. If you start annoying others with your bullshit after drinking, and make a nuisance of yourself in public, by singing  Tamil songs or demonstarting your Kung - Fu, or Tae - Kwan- Do skills - the police can pick you up without a warrant. On conviction, you will be sent on holiday to the Sungai Buluh prison for 10 days at the Goverments expense..
