ORDER 4 & 5 SCR 1980

(4) The filing of a Notice Of  Appeal shall not operate as a stay of execution but the Court may on application and on sufficient cause being shown stay excution on such terms  as it may think fit

(5)When either party has extracted the order of the High Court on any appeal and has produced the Order to the Subordinate Court appealed from, the Subordinate Court shall execute the Order in accordance with the provisions of these Orders and Rules.
