APPLICATIONS FOR SJ

Applications for SJ must be done in open Court.O26A r3(1) while O24 r4 applies to chamber matters. Therefore where there is an application for SJ, it is sufficient for an affidavit-in-reply to be filed and served not less than 4 clear days  before the date of hearing.
