THE ART OF INTRODUCTION

It is inadvisable for students to memorize everything and writing them down. There must be originality in every students answer. The following is one example.

In reference to Company Law,it is common to find in statutes, including the Federal Constitution, that the word "person" whereever used in a statute includes "any body of persons, corporate or incorporate" unless a contrary intention appears.

[See Section 66 of the Interpretation Act 1948 and 1967.Also see Article 160 and the Eleventh Schedule, Federal Constitution]

Students sitting for foreign exams need not mention the Interpretation Act 1967.
