Issue: Error of law in letter of dismissal stating wrong Regulation under Public Orders.
Held: The erroneous reference to the wrong regulation, namely Regulation 38 instead of Regulation 37 did not vitiate or invalidate the decision to dismiss the appellant. On the whole no injustice had  been occassioned.
