S429 PENAL CODE

Mischief by killing, poisoning ,maiming or rendering useless any  elephant,camel,horse, etc. whatever may be its value, or any other animal of the value of twenty five ringgit or upwards.

Can be arrested without a warrant. Imprisonment for 5 years or fine or both.

Poisoning camels ? Here in Malaysia.??
